This is a super easy soft jolly gnome that you can make super quick. You will want to make plenty for your friends and family. Who wouldn’t want a gnome for the holidays. See supply list below.
Supplies:
Socks with lining (Target) –
There are a lot of patterns, use search terms at Target (Double Lined Cozy Crew Socks).
Note: If these are no longer available, you can make these from the socks at Hobby Lobby https://bit.ly/3m5iTCR. They have grippers on the bottom, but they are not real noticable once you finish the gnome. They are larger and will create a larger gnome, but still super cute.

There are so many tutorials and ideas on ways to make gnomes. I absolutely love this one! Much faster, and the lined sock to make a little fur edge on the hat is adorable. Thank you so much for sharing, and for making it easy to follow!

SOO Cute! Would love to know how you’d adjust this to make a girl gnome. Maybe/probably yarn braids? But what about a mouth or lips?
Patti says
You can add pigtails and a mouth, that would be super cute.
